As part of the Womenpreneur program, Elodie went to San Francisco to gain inspiration from the American market. With fellow entrepreneurs Lilou Cajot ( Lusty Foods ) and Isaline Tala ( Aho Botanicals ), she scoured the shelves of Whole Foods to gain inspiration from the latest food trends.

  1. The health aspect is everywhere: probiotics, adaptogens, huge drugstore aisle. In all products, there is a health benefit

  2. Adaptogens have invaded all the shelves with products enriched with Ashwaganda, Lion's Mead, and other mushrooms with health properties

  3. Huge cold drinks section with juices, smoothies, protein options, coffees and chai lattes, etc... A superb brand: Urban Remedy to follow

  4. Large fresh fermentation sections with all kinds of options: sauerkraut, pickles, kimchi... all in glass or plastic jars with attractive packaging

  5. Healthy snacking on the rise: crackers made from vegetables and seeds, dehydrated salads, exotic snacks made from plantain, kassava, grilled and seasoned chickpeas...

  6. Very inspiring packaging: with the ingredients on it, a simple and super effective promise (the products are super good! RXBAR )

  7. Products and snacks made from dehydrated plants: salads, fruits (Bear fruit rollups for children, etc.)
